Spa & Fitness
SPA – The Auberge Spa in Napa Valley is reserved exclusively for guests of the hotel. Based on the design inspiration of a Zen Master, it creates a physical and emotional barrier from the outside world, allowing guests to focus inward while taking in the beauty of nature. The Spa’s signature purification ritual takes place on the spa’s outdoor deck overlooking the valley below and draws from the traditional use of temperate water baths, steam and rest for cleansing and restoration of your whole being.
FITNESS – With leading fitness provider, DWS Concept, guests can strike the perfect balance between restful down-time and an active fitness regimen that includes the latest in high quality fitness classes such as yoga, kettlebell, boot camp, and pilates as well as private training instruction.
